  •  Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
  •  Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping fee will not be refunded.
  •  If you are not using our pre-paid shipping label, we suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. Puloka Technologies. is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
  •  The prepaid return label is not available for international returns.

* Promotional Gift Items: All promotional gift items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

* Bundle Items: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase, and the order will be refunded accordingly.

Replacement Policy:

If the product received is wrong, Puloka will replace the product at no additional cost.
Incase of wrong product received, a replacement request needs to be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

The Replacement order will be shipped within 48 hours.
If the replacement product is not in stock, Puloka will issue the store credit.

If the delivered product is not satisfactory, Puloka will replace the product or issue a store credit. Please note no Refund will be issued.

Once we have received your package and our quality assurance team has verified the contents is in perfect resellable condition, we will contact you and offer you the option of the replacement.
If the product is not in the sellable condition, Puloka will not be liable to replace the product.
